We provide information, quotes, and insurance placement assistance subject to underwriting approval by licensed carriers. Coverage is not bound until you receive written confirmation from the insurer and satisfy any conditions stated in your policy documents.
You represent that information you provide (drivers, vehicles, garaging, mileage, and loss history) is accurate. Misrepresentation may void coverage or result in denial of claims. You agree to notify us of material changes during the policy term.
Online or phone quotes are estimates. Final premium, deductibles, limits, and endorsements are determined by the issuing carrier’s rules and filings. Taxes, fees, and installment charges may apply.
Premium billing follows the payment plan you select with the carrier or premium finance company. Non-payment may cause cancellation for non-payment under applicable law. You may cancel coverage as permitted by your policy and state regulations; earned premium and short-rate rules may apply.
Claims are adjusted by the insurance company in accordance with your policy. For emergencies, follow the carrier’s instructions on your ID card. We may assist with reporting but do not guarantee claim outcomes.
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by AutoCall Insure or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our materials for commercial use without permission.
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the site and any third-party tools or links.
To the extent permitted by law, AutoCall Insure and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services, or for any errors in quoted coverage.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction applies to your transaction by mandatory law.
